BSOD when shutting down

So far i've had 2-3 cases of BSOD when shutting down. One case is a recurring case.

Safeguard Version installed: 5.5

OS: Windows 7

Notebook: Lenovo T420

The BSOD only happens when the user shuts down the PC.

Anyone has this issue? Or can anyone shed any light on why this happens only after shutting down?

    Hi ianwee,

    unfortunately we don't have any information about a general error here. I would recommend that you log a new support call providing at least a small memory dump and the stop code when doing so.

    Does the BSOD somehow reference to SafeGuard at all?
