Windows 7 Slow welcome screen

Hi All,

Has anyone encountered this issue? Recently we deployed Windows 7 PCs to our users, we installed Sophos Safeguard (no device encryption).

Our users are giving feedback that Windows 7 takes 11-13 secs to load after credentials is entered. The users will see a welcome screen for 11-13 secs before the desktop is presented.

Really cracking my head on this...

    I just realized that Windows 7 SGN might be missing components.... From the SGN console for the Windows 7 machines with this problem, under Inventory there will be blank under Operatining System column. The OK ones will have Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 7

    What am i missing?
