SGN 5.35 Unable to synchronize changes in AD.

Hello,

  Yesterday I was unable to synchronize Utimaco due to an unknown error and then today I'm not able to even try and synchronize from the SafeGuard Management Center. It tells me that “The directory is being synchronized by another user. Please try again later." I have tried several other accounts and they all get the same message. Is there any way to get around this message?

    You are correct, the "Reset Import Flag" button in the Tools -> Options section of the SGN MC will work. Make sure all of the other SGN MC's being used are closed f irst, then click the button from your SGN MC.

    Are you using the SGN API to sync Active Directory or only the SGN MC?
