Windows 10 with Bitlocker and just TPM

We are running SGN v8. After we install all Safeguard pre-req, reboot the machine the Bitlocker encryption process does not auto-start. This used to work on other Windows 10 computer, we since have 55 Windows 10 machines with Safeguard installed and no encrypted HDs.

Any help is much appriciated.

Just to make sure I am understanding the scenario quite well, You have mentioned that "you are running SGN v8 and after installing all Safeguard pre-req", so what pre-requisites are you referring to?

C++ 2015, the Safeguard client, then the managed client.

We used to install the PreInstall but looks like it was only installing the C++ plus professional services said it was not needed.

Sorry Anthony I'm confused?

There's THREE elements to install. The pre-install, the client itself and then (and perhaps most importantly) the configuration. Without the configuration it will not know what server to talk to and potentially won't start encrypting either (if you've not installed the policies within the client itself)

So you've installed all three components and encryption isn't starting? Are you using C/R (Challenge and Response) BitLocker or just BitLocker?
