Last three month back we are struggling with sophos for creating rule and controlling sophos.

we are very much frusted with sophos now we dont want to use sophos kindly replace the product with cyberoam.

Thank you for the case #. I have had a look and I see you're in contact with a Sophos engineer. Please give them a call back as requested in the last email and they will work with you to get your firewall rules sorted.

If you want to go backwards then you have a big security issue with your site.

Please post the issue in details in the XG forum and see what various people can do to help you?

Good day!

May I ask if you are SFOS? Firewall rules on SFOS is almost the same with Cyberoam OS. Hopefully you don't see SFOS not a user friendly environment.
