how to configure firewall rule for Autodesk licensing

If you have Autodesk/AutoCAD licensing URLs, you can create FQDN based firewall rule and can allow all the URLs- https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/131258

I made a  and rule  but my problem with accessing autodesk licensing service is still there

i m getting this msg 

and when trying with bypassing Cyberoam i have no problem ...exmpl -

Could you please create a test firewall rule for a specific user system?

Please create a source IP based firewall rule and place the rule on top in LAN to WAN zone

Do not apply any policy or scanning and apply MASQ and try to route the traffic through a specific gateway and check the status of Autodesk

If it's working, please apply policies or scanning one by one on this test firewall rule and see after which policy, it's stopped working.
