Problem: Gateway Went Down CR750ing

Hello friends,

I have a problem with my Cyberoam CR750ing Firewall.

I have 2 internets with fixed IP, connected to ports A and B as WAN. The ISP modem is set to Bridge.

Problem: 1 of the gateways goes offline but not online alone. To return, I need to access the Firewall, click on the corresponding interface and click OK, without changing anything. Then the gateway goes online.

Does anyone know how I solve this problem?

Could you please share the failover condition screenshot for that specific gateway?

Please also check arp entry for the upstream device when you face the issue using the given command.

console> system diagnostics utilities arp show

You may also add a manual entry of arp for the upstream devices.

Thanks for answering.

I have no failover configuration.

Referring to the given command, returns me an error.
