Allow ports in cyberoam to access Tp-Link Ap remotely

Recently i received new Tp-link AP to configure for students at my faculty, where i work.

My problem is that the PharOS AP control software requires ports 20002 and 22 to be open so that the software can connect to AP devices.

I managed to define some services (TCP-1:65535/20002 and TCP-1:65535/22), and made a firewall rule to allow said services from one subnet to another subnet.

But i still cant find de devices. What should i do?

  • Hi

Thank you for the information, as suggested earlier, you required to configure LAN to Custom Zone and Custom Zone LAN firewall rules, Allow all the service and IP address and apply NAT in the firewall rule and verify if PC is able to access the AP. Please also configure the AP as well before putting it the production and perform the given steps.
