CR25iNG - cannot access web portal via WAN; LAN works without issue (screenshot attached)

Hi, everyone. I have a CR25iNG that is already in place and working without issue. This unit is still using Cyberoam OS. The problem is that I cannot access the web portal from the WAN, but I can access it from the LAN without issue. I can ping the WAN IP of the appliance without a problem. The HTTPS port is set to 443 right now, but it says the site cannot be reached even when  I try the IP address using https:// or http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:443

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Did you configure any Virtual Host using the public IP of the Cyberoam and forwarded all the ports? If that's the case, you would not be able to access the Cyberoam web page.

    Please also verify Cyberoam certificate configuration and make sure details are filled out.
