Most secure online backup?

Is there an online backup service that is safer and more secure than others? (iDrive? Backblaze, etc?)

Sophos doesn't provide any online backup services.

I know. I was hoping that folks here would have security-minded thoughts about other companies' backup services. Or thoughts about avoiding such services altogether.

I have created my own 'cloud' backup services for my clients using sophos sg firewalls and veeam backup and replication.

of course i have a fiber connection coming into the building so the speed helps-but most backups take 40 minutes. works well.
