Is there a way to uninstall the Sophos Endpoint with tamper protection using script.

Currently we do not have any scripts to Tamper protected Endpoints. However you can check How to uninstall Sophos Endpoint Security and Control from the command line or with a batch file post disabling the Tamper protection.
