How do I start a case at https://sophserv.sophos.com/

How do I start a new case? I have added our serial number but Endpoint Protection Advanced is not listed the products list so therefore can't complete the new case form!

Hi there,

'Endpoint Protection Advanced' isn't a product that you could install, but rather a license name. You buy the license and get access to a number of products 'under' it.

I'm guessing here, but you may want to look under the 'Sophos Anti-Virus for...' section...

Thanks for that. I kind of though that but wasn't sure what to pick as we don't have AV on any of those platforms. We have AV on Windows 7/10 and also the server 2012 which don't seem to be placed.

Np. Sophos Anti-Virus for XP+ would be the one. It's that small but important '+' that is the catchall for the modern Windows OSes. [:)]
