Reimage Repair

Hello. I am having problems getting rid of Reimage Repair. When ever I am on a web site, it comes up with reimage repair. Even on the Sophos web site. Also getting Counterflix ads coming up How do I get rid of them. I am using Chrome. I keep running Sophos Virus Removal Tool and Sophos home, but it is not getting removed. Regards, Shaun

I'd suggest openining Add/Remove Programs, sorting by name, and looking under the 'R...' section for Reimage Repair and uninstalling.

You don't say what Sophos program you're using so I cannot move this post to another group for a better answer. You may want to try Sophos Clean (https://community.sophos.com/products/sophosclean/f/sophos-clean/77033/what-is-sophos-clean) and then join and post to that group. You could also try HitMan Pro here https://www.hitmanpro.com/en-us/hmp.aspx.
