Looks like you have registered twice and have two logins with Sophos ID. The email address is different. You posted this thread under the k.d*******@******ium.com email and that's the one I changed as requested and is associated with the kiman26 username. However the account you're now posting under is k.r*******@g******m.
If you can let me know which username to associate with which I'll see what I can do - I'll need a different (evenly slightly) username for both. You could have the originally requested username of kiman26 associated with the k.r*******@g******m login, but you'll have to let me know what the k.d*******@******ium.com account should have as a username now.
Let's call k.d*******@******ium.com "account 1" and we'll call k.r*******@g******m "account 2" - I'm sure you'll recognize the email addresses. Reply back and simply say...
account 1 = _ _ _ _ _ _
account 2 = _ _ _ _ _ _

So I was mistaken, can you merge the two accounts? If so I want to keep a username kiman26 with k.darbeida@retrolium.com, otherwise delete the account with e-mail: k.rymesoft@gmail.com
I can merge. Since you have just posted with the account you want merging, and that means it will be deleted, can you confirm you understand you will not be able to log in with the @gmail account after I merge them?
