    I suggest sending in a reclassification request from the following form. You will need to select "Web Address (URL)" then fill out the necessary details for our team to process this request.

    As there are a few other Antivirus Vendors which detect your website as potentially malicious, I also suggest opening a support case with our team. This way, further information can be provided to you in the event the site category can not/should not be changed from our side.

    You can do this by calling our support line (North America: 1-888-767-4679). You can find your regional contact number on the following page under "For Critical Cases".
