    Thank you for reaching out to our Sophos Community Forum. We can delete your Community account from our end.

    Please note, that as your Sophos ID and Sophos Community accounts are associated, if you choose to keep your Sophos ID account, navigating/signing in on the community may re-generate your Community account. 

    If you wish to delete both, the community account and your Sophos ID, you will also need to reach out to our Customer Care team.

    You may reach out to them via chat by logging in to our Support Portal, or through phone, the numbers are listed on the same web page under "For Critical Cases".
