    Thanks for reaching out to our Community Forum. If you are referring to your Community account, we can do that from our end. 

    Please note, that as your Sophos ID and Sophos Community accounts are associated, if you choose to keep your Sophos ID account, navigating/signing in on the community may re-generate your Community account. 

    If you wish to delete both, the community account and your Sophos ID, you will also need to reach out to our Customer Care team.
