I suggest starting a trial for Sophos Central to test this out on one of your systems.
I found the following documentation, which shares guidance on some of the exclusions you'll need to add.
- Commvault Antivirus Exclusions for Windows
Is there a worker agent that will need to run on the endpoint devices in addition to the Server running elsewhere? Depending on the types of operations/monitoring that is taking place, additional exclusions may be needed.
