Partner portal error

I have a problem with the Sophos partner portal, as you can see below in the screenshot.

    Can you let me know how are you inserting the screenshot into the community? Are you using Insert > Image/Video/File > Upload > yourimage > Open > OK

    OR

    Are you dragging the Picture directly into the Post?
