Sophos NetExam Training login issue

Greetings I am Blake Larsen and my username is blarsen@platteriver.com.

I'm having issues logging the Sophos NetExam. I get directed here after selecting start my training in the Sophos partner portal, and enter my username and the same password that I have for Sophos. The prompt it gives me is "info Login failed" with only the abbility to close or hit "ok".
