Create Support case Region/Preferred Team Drop Down

Where have all the different region gone?

In Particular I'm missing the DACH region.

Besides every case I created has been handled by L1 in India, there has been some change to the form I guess.

    Thanks for reaching out. 

    The case creation UI in your screenshot looks to be for a Customer Care case. Our Customer Care team is based out of a smaller number of regions, whereas our Support Team has larger global coverage. When you choose Technical Support Case, you will see all of the regions present.

    If you have an urgent issue that requires the Customer Care team's assistance, in some cases you can also work with your regional Channel Account Manager to get help.
