There was a problem accessing the Partner Portal.

I wish to thank all of you.

The message that appeared when I was trying to create an access to the Partner Portal was shown below. Even though I have tried to refresh the password multiple times, I still receive the same message.

    For account/login related issues such as this, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team. You can reach us either by opening a support case with the details mentioned here, or by giving us a call. 

    If you are using a different url to get logged in, I'd suggest using "partnerportal.sophos.com."
