Where do I find firmware version on RED15?

    Hello Steffen,

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    The RED takes the updates from the Firewall, once you connect the RED to the internet and if port 3400 and 3410 are open it’ll contact the Provisioning File and then the XG to get the Firmware update and connect to it.
