Hi Rockila,
please recheck, there was a hiccup which was solved yesterday (2020-09-15) at 1 PM CEST.
myutm.sophos.com should resolve to an akamai edge server.
E.g. myutm.sophos.com -> e6203.g.akamaiedge.net [23.63.123.136]
