change location of the Sophos definitions

On Computer Client, is it possible to ensure that the location of the Sophos definitions is not downloaded to the "C:\" disk, but another disk?

Sophos Enterprise Console 5.4.0.

Sophos Agent 10.7.

Hello Vide4l,

first of all, please post in the applicable forum - as far as I can see there's a sticky according red neon big letters line on top of the general section.

Sophos uses the standard %ProgramFiles(x86)% (on 64bit systems), %ProgramFiles% (on 32bit systems and for certain components), and %ProgramData% locations. This is standard practice and not supposed to get tweaked. What's the rationale for choosing an - apparently - non-system drive?

We have virtual machines VDI, which at each logout are reset (the disk C: is restored with a snapshot).

At the new access, the antivirus is always not updated, and then every time you use a VM VDI, the antivirus on the VM must update.

I'm looking for news, if you can move the antivirus definitions above a drive other than "C:".
