Astaro restricting FTP download

Hello guys,

I have a customer which is complaining about Astaro restricting large size files when he downloads via FTP.
There is this site (ftp://ftpdatacenter.totvs.com.br) where he inputs his user and password to download a certain content, but when the file is big (when I say big it means more then 10mb) the download simply stops.
It starts downloading but it never finishes. Only small files do work.
What could possibly be? [:S]

Actually I didnt even use log since I added to Exceptions because of he urgency of this problem...

Without the log entries, we can't tell you if the skiplist is the only solution.

Ohh well. Cant do that right now. Close this thread and if I have any problem in the future I´ll come back to this subject.
