Having a hard time with AD server 2k8R2

I can't get it to authenticate an admin account much less join the domain.  

username is Wadmin
pass:****
Domain: ECC.local
Membergroup is Users by they are member of schema admins, enterprise admins, and domain admins.  I must be missing something simple.  Any ideas?

    William, I don't think prefetch is related to SSO.  I'm ready to be corrected, but I think there's a separate process used for SSO, so all of the other AD auths and prefetch could work perfectly, and SSO would fail if the Astaro hadn't joined the domain.  I think I'd try deleting the Astaro everywhere in the AD I could find it, then try joining again from the Astaro.  ecc.local is what you need though, not just ecc.

    tried that..even had a rep call me due to the support ticket.  I'm applying my windows philosophy to it..if it takes too much time it's faster to reformat and start from ground zero.  I've even gone through my AD with adsi edit..and yanked any vestiges of the firewall out.  Either i have a bad load( possible) or this is a unique bug( not probable but possible).  I'll try nuking the box first and go from there.
