Block web surfing for 1 IP

Hello
I'm trying to block web surfing for 1 IP address. The Proxy operation mode is Transparent (so no user authentication is required). I have created a Proxy Profile in which "Source network" contains the IP address to block. In Filter Assigment, I have noticed that I can only specify users/groups, I have no users/groups to put here. Can anyone help me?

    but I'm not using active directory and not authenticating users via astaro.  The filter assignment is asking for users not network host or IP, I just want to block for IP.  So how do I attach this IP to the user if ever?

    I think they could improve the documentation - just leave the User/Group blank, and it will work like a charm!

    It finally works when I set it up like this:  in https profiles tab, i created a profile, specified source network or IP, then I did not select any filter assignment, left any option unselected, but I selected from the drop down menu  a fall-back action, and that is the Default content filter block action as the one I want, then in the filter action tab, I just edited that entry exactly and changed the mode to whitelist, and added the URLs I want to only allow by typing them in always allow these urls, so what this did basically is it blocked everything except the urls that I specify, and that is exactly what I wanted to do for 2 computers in the network.  The reason it didn't work like that before was because I selected a filter assignment even if there was nothing in the filter assignment selected and left blank, it never worked with that.  Hope this helps others users tackle this problem.
