Proxy refusing connections

Occasionally, for about 2 minutes, the proxy seems to go down. Other traffic is passed fine but all proxy users get errors like:

--Proxy server refused request

I'm not sure which log to go to in order to troubleshoot this. I tried the HTTP Content log but it doesn't show anything. Packet filter? Nothing...
I tried Admin Notifications, System Messages, Kernel messages.... but I can't find any record of mass proxy errors like I saw for a few minutes today.

There's no specific 'HTTP Proxy' log in the list like there is for other proxies.

The only other idea I had was to wonder if the proxy goes down when Astaro does its up2date thing?

    I've updated to 7.502 and I'm still having the same issue...

    The logs show an up2date file installation and at the same time my proxy is whacked for about 2 minutes. 

    User's get 'proxy refused connections' which REALLY messes them up because we have student's taking quizzes at our online learning site and the timeout cancels everything and voids the quiz >.

    "It's an issue that came to light in version 7.502, we have a fix coming out for it 
    in February. a temporary fix is to reduce the pattern updates to daily and that will 
    lessen the amount of times it restarts."

    Good to hear a fix is on the way.  We have been absolutely PLAGUED with "connection refused", "categorization failed" and the like since updating to 7.502

    Still waiting... but still February too. Does this newest update fix this?

    It was unclear to me from the description.

    The new update [7.503] had a fix for a  licensing issue which I don't think it relates to the problem.

    i had no outbound http access but only https today...

    the astaro error page showed 'no virus database'...

    when i went in webadmin and changed; AntiVirus scanning from Dual Scan (Maximum Security) into Single Scan (Maximum Performance) all started to work again. so i switched it back to Dual Scan (Maximum Security) and it keeps working...

    I just got an issue where when update below was installed,my http proxy died [:)]

    RPM packages contained:
     u2d-avira-7.1698-1699.patch.rpm     

    Log from the proxy (I had to disable and re enabled it again )
