If you want to access WebAdmin externally, you'll need to add to the list of allowed networks. If you want it to be accessible from anywhere, you can add the Any or Internet definition object.
Then you can use the pre-defined Any or Internet definition objects. Don't click the + icon, this is for creating a new definition. Click on the folder icon, then drag/drop the object that you want into the allowed networks box.
Are you trying to connect using FQDN or IP Address? If by FQDN, do you have the applicable A record in your external DNS? Try connecting by IP Address (https://:4444). You are trying to test this from a remote location, right?
