Are you sure it's not https://yourasgname.yourdomain.tld:4444?

Also check the setting of the allowed networks in Management->WebAdmin Settings->General

If you want to access WebAdmin externally, you'll need to add to the list of allowed networks.  If you want it to be accessible from anywhere, you can add the Any or Internet definition object.

You can use a host or network definition type.

When choosing host or network I have to fill in an adress.
But I want to access it from anywhere.

Then you can use the pre-defined Any or Internet definition objects.  Don't click the + icon, this is for creating a new definition.  Click on the folder icon, then drag/drop the object that you want into the allowed networks box.

Added Any  and choose apply but still no access browser cannot open page.

Are you trying to connect using FQDN or IP Address?  If by FQDN, do you have the applicable A record in your external DNS?  Try connecting by IP Address (https://:4444).  You are trying to test this from a remote location, right?
