Update of Public Ip Address

We have changed internet providers in a number of sites, but the ACC still reports the OLD public IP address.

Should this be updated automatically? 
Is there something I need to do to get this to update?

    Hi all,

    I have the same problem in release 8.102, ACC 2.202. For some gateway I see the correct pubblic IP, for some gateway I see the same Agent IP as Public IP. I try pressing the GeoIP but after that I see 0.0.0.0 as Pubblic IP.

    I try with the workaround but I have the same ratz messagges:

    This is a problem with the ACC-Agent on the ASG. The agent reports the IP as 0.0.0.0 . This issue is known, already fixed and will be released with 8.200 . The fix is already available in the current beta.
