Windows 7 Not reporting correctly

My Windows 7 clients have just started to show that the Sophos ius out of date. I checked that client agent and it has updated correctly and there are no errors in my logs. This is occuring on both my windows 7 PC's. This was not occuring before about 3 days ago. Attached is the screen shot of the warning

It's not just you. I'm having the exact same problem on all my PC's.

We can't be the only ones. Sophos, HAve you looked at this issue? Was there an update pushed that broke this with windows 7? This just started happening about 1 week ago.

We, too, have seen that on some Vista and Windows 7 clients.

Same here, but with XP PC's, 2 out of 3 keeps reporting "not up2date" virusdefinitions even though it is current.

We are waiting for a fix since one week. All of our W7 Clients report outdated virus protection. The problem is that some applications like outlook prevent acces from third party software, you always have to confirm this acces for the next 10 Minutes, because Outlook checks for valid antivirus software. Our customers do not accept this behaviour.

Mario, do we know if the same problem occurs with the classic Sophos Endpoint solution managed by the Enterprise Console?

We reported this error days ago and have no solution yet. We sent all important konfiguration data, checked many things, deinstalled, reinstalled ... but no success!
Engine and patterns are all up to date.

We really need a solution or bug fix.
