Teamspeak 3 server

Hi, im pretty new to Astaro, i used Cisco ASA5505 before but it died in a powerfailure at my house so now i trying to set up a Astaro with two NIC's. One for internal LAN and one WAN.  The scenario is as following:

There is no "private" computers in this LAN, only three servers hooked up to a Cisco 3560 switch that connects to the ASTARO. The WAN NIC gets its connection to the Internet from a fiberconverter thats on DHCP from my ISP and have 30/30Mbit. I've also hooked up a Cisco AIR-1131AG radio to the LAN just to get a wireless "management" to the equipment there.

Now i've got internet access on LAN and everything seems just fine. I've set up one server that have the right access for the users that needs to connect to it from the outside, all fine.

However i got major problems with my Teamspeak 3 server (TS3). Its a Windows 2003R2 server that runs the TS3, it uses ports 30033 (TCP), 10011(TCP) and 9987(UDP). I've setup DNAT that allows incoming traffic on these ports to the spesific TS3 server "Traffic selector -->ANY--->TS3 servicegroup--->Eksternal WAN (address)"  and "Destination translation --->TS3 server"
hooked on the Automatic firewall rule but still it doesnt work. 

The server has internet accesss but i cant get access to it from the outside.
I've done the same settings (with diff. ports and services) to the other server and it works as a charm. Any ideas what i can do? [:S]

    Hi, AcesHigh, and welcome to the User BB!

    The first place to look is in the Packet Filter (Firewall) log, and then in the Intrusion Prevention log.  If posting a line from the Packet Filter log, please use the full log, not the live log.

    Thanks for the quick reply BAlfson, i've checked the Firewall log however its not as understandable as i would prefer... [:)]

    If i can post the log here, maybe someone with the knowledge can help out

    BTW, there are some other issues also with this. The TS3 server software that runs on the Windows 2003 server dont report any IP neither locally or externally. Before it showed the external IP. So i cant login to the TS3 server from the TS3-client locally either...

    I'm seeing drops to ports 10011 and 9987.  Two things that you may want to take a quick look at:

    1)  Make certain that in your custom service definitions that you have the source port as 1:65535.

    2)  Check the host definition for the teamspeak server and confirm that the interface is set to >, and not bound to a specific interface.

    Finally, as Bob said, confirm that IPS isn't blocking any of the traffic as well.

    What version of Astaro are you running?

    - Source port are 1:65535

    - You are right, it was bound to WAN (it does work on the other server with that tho)

    Finally, as Bob said, confirm that IPS isn't blocking any of the traffic as well.

    - As far as i can see there is no IPS blocking

    But still no access neither from Locally or Externally

    It's hard to get the time to look at such a long logfile.  Please just show the lines from when you tried one access that failed.

    Unless specifically instructed by an Astaro Support Engineer, NEVER select an interface for a network definition - ALWAYS leave > instead.

    Please [Go Advanced] below and show a picture of your DNAT.

    I've done some tests on the same server with different services, i got a lot of other services working on this server both from the outside and inside, but can't seem to get this Teamspeak 3 server running...

    This is the main service i need to use so im on the edge to blow some dust of one of my old linksys routers just to get the TS3 server back up and running...

    Okei, here's something strange... 

    I've had two firewall rules before, then with a group of the TS3 services. Now i've testet to swap the TS3 group services with > both inbound and outbound, that works. 

    Maybe i should try to make one rule for each of the three service ports, both for incoming and outgoing traffic instead of using the services in a group?
