Can't get MSN Messenger to log in

New V7 installation on the home program.  I can't seem to get MSN Messenger to log in, except on one computer.

The other 2 fail to log in.  In the IM rules, I have MSN set to "Do Not Block".

I created an SOCKS proxy and configured MSN to use the proxy.  The MSN test works, but again, it will not log in.

Even without the SOCKS proxy, it fails.  

In Network security, packet rules, I have the Messenging Rule turned on (the one that is configured by the wizard).  

I searched, and all I can find here is that most want to block it totally.  

Any ideas?
