No hostname shown in IPv4 lease list

Hello all,

I have a strange issue here.
Although I have DHCP reservations and network definitions for my hosts, there's no hostname displayed for the clients in the DHCP lease list.

Please see the screenshots attached.

How do I display the hostname in the leases list?

Hi,
Please advise which version you are using.

I have just checked my UTM and you would appear to have identified a bug in the DHCP IPv4 lease table display.

Hi,
Were these created in a older version of the UTM, and then you upgraded to 9.1?
Or were they created in 9.1?

I should have also added my dhcp IPv4 lease table is empty while the IPv6 table has entries.
The static table has text advising that the entries are managed by network definitions where as the IPv4 table used to have this text but no longer does.

I am running version 9.102-8.
It is a clean install of 9.1 and all entries were created from scratch.

Interestingly, some dynamic DHCP clients show a hostname in the hostname field of the astaro DHCP IPv4 lease list. So this really seems to be related to DHCP reservations only.

I had the same problem and installed 9.102-8 from the scratch too.

Has anyone else has this issue on the IPv4 Lease Table?

Probably should be reported has a bug!!!

Hi, what OS are the hosts running?

On my 9.106, Apple iOS devices show as 'unknown', but Windows & Androids & BSD machines are showing their correct hostnames.

FYI, you can look up MACs at http://www.coffer.com/mac_find/
