LDAP won't sync the mail field of the user

Hi at all:

I hopa cross post in the german topic is okay?

I have tried to sync with the LDAP of our Lotus Domino Server 8.0.1
This works fine, but the field "mail" is empty, when the user has been created automatically after the user logon with LDAP.

Is there a possibility to get the mail field also synced with LDAP?

  • Angelo, it appears that the issue is the response from the LDAP server which doesn't include the email information.  I know that the information comes through when working with a Windows server, so I wonder if the request from the Astaro to the Domino or Open LDAP server is the problem.
