V7 smtp spool problem

Hello! I have such a problem, I used Astara V7. The problem is exactly the SMTP Spool. Is that the letters remain in the SMTP Spool and go away. Where to go, then they go with a large time interval.

    What version of Astaro?

    It looks like there's just one message.  How many emails are trapped in the spool in the same fashion?

    It feels like a DNS problem.  Search here on flush dns.

    Hi Sir  im encountering the same problem  I tried flushing the dns but still receiving the error. also extend the connection time of exim to 5 mins before time out but still error occurs.  

    My support here in Philippines is also having hard time resolvingthis issue.

    Hoping for experts here in the forum to solve this error.

    Check the IPS log... certain combinations of mail servers and mail contents have been known to trip false positives in the IPS, which will just drop the TCP connection ... could look like this.

    Checked my IPS log but theres nothing being drop with sending email listed in the IPS. Is there any way I can check to know the causes of this problem.

     Im experiencing the same problem as posted by dzeksis above exactly the same connection error timeout exceed problem I did flushing the dns but still did not resolved my problem.

    my box:

    astaro 220  V7 
    release 7.511

    Sorry, that's just not enough information.  If you're having trouble sending to the same domain, then it may be a problem with that domain, and you may need to ask them to whitelist your domain.

    Is this the only domain you're having trouble sending to?  Please show the lines in the SMTP log relative to an attempt to send.

    Yes its only the same domain that we are encountering. They have already whitelist our domain and increase their connection value before timeout but still we cant sent emails to them.  Using public webmail like yahoo and gmail successfully receives the email w/ or w/o attachments.  Please check my logs and let me know whats the best thing to do.

    Is that multiple tries to send one email, or multiple emails?  Weren't there more lines with each try?  It's easier to see what's happening if we see all relevant lines from a single try.

      Yes sir this is multiple tries to send one email not multiple emails

    Weren't there more lines with each try?
      This is exactly the message inside the smtp spool wainting status when I    view the delivery logs.
