Still no 9.3xx available

Good Morning and a happy new year to everyone.

I wanted to update our utm from 9.210 to 9.3xx over the holidays but till now i can`t see any update in the webadmin.

Shouldn`t be the update already available for all utms?

Hello everybody,
I have question. Does Astaro show me update 9.3 in dashboard with all updates which are waiting for aprove.
I have now waiting updates for approve 9.210 and 9.210 and it will be great if show 9.3 update when will be release.

Now you need to update to 9.211 before you can go to 9.30X. I would suggest updating to 9.211 now, then hopefully the 9.211 --> 9.30X update will show for you.

Hello Scot,
I am need to be 100% sure the release 9.3 is out and prepare for my HA UTM solution.
Until then I can´t update to version 9.211 because I need to avoid problem with email as describe here. My company need to sent emails.

Understood. As this is a company, I'm assuming you have a paid license. If you need to be 100% sure, you should contact Sophos support to check. Nobody here is going to know that with absolute certainty...user-to-user forum.

frankly if you do not have 9.3 available yet just wait. 9.3 has quite a few issues of its own and while i am not sophos directly if you have not gotten 9.3 yet there is a reason i would wait. This is one time IMO that having the latest and greatest isn't always the best.

So 9.3 is out.
But my UTM won´t update automatically so I ask the sophos email support and then send my this knowlidgebase.

In my case I have first update slave node fisrt.

Doe´s any one has try it I am worried about what do this with master node I need this node working.

if you update the slave node first the master will stay online as usual. Once the slave is done then you can use a short maintenance windows to being the updating process for the master.
