Yes, as I said the page file is one - see the release notes:
[General] During installation, SWAP file size will now be set to match the system memory (this is a change from a default of 1GB for all installations).
I am not sure of others, but there is a lot of new advancements and updated features for the entire system.
Its like with any new Service Pack that comes around, while yes it works. Nothing beats a fresh install as it is better than an upgraded install. Any tweaks, or advancements done under the hood are set and applied from the begining.
The swap is being increased to give more room for memory challenged systems. It's a bandaid not a real fix. If you are digging into more than 1 gig of swap you either need a new appliance or more ram in your software install.
