Update available 9.203-03

Hi,

The following file is available on the ftp server: u2d-sys-9.202028-203003.tgz.gpg, but I'm currently running the 9.202-33 and there's no update file for my version, I think should be the file u2d-sys-9.202033-203003.tgz.gpg, will this file be available?

    Hello together,

    I can confirm that the update to 9.203-3 from 9.202-33 works with the manual up2date procedure by uploading u2d-sys-9.202028-203003.tgz.gpg (downloaded from ftp://ftp.astaro.com/pub/UTM/v9/up2date) to the UTM. I installed it on two virtual UTM Systems.

    Hmm interesting, wonder why Im still at 9.201-23, with all of the update and the GA release, I should have had a UTM update by now.  I know it pushes, but jeez, not this long for updates...

    I'm seeing the same thing, can't upgrade from 9.201-23 (neither auto or manual updates work).

    Try, as root at the command line:
    cd /var/up2date/sys
    wget ftp.astaro.com/.../u2d-sys-9.201023-201025.tgz.gpg
    wget ftp.astaro.com/.../u2d-sys-9.201025-202033.tgz.gpg
    /sbin/auisys.plx --showdesc

    and install in WebAdmin.

    Now, change the version number from 9.202033 to 9.202028 using your preferred text editor on /etc/version.  Save the file, restart the ASG so the new version is displayed in Webadmin dashboard.

    Now, download the final Up2Date
    wget ftp.astaro.com/.../u2d-sys-9.202028-203003.tgz.gpg
    /sbin/auisys.plx --showdesc

    and install in WebAdmin.  Any luck?

    Anyone knowing what extactly lies behind this???:

    I still have Windows 8 users complaining about the tap/tun issue, and suddenly the "workaround" with the Securepoint Open VPN client also has this issue.

    Works even though it's for 202-28 :-)

    Just upload manually.

    I just upgraded 3 appliances from 9.201-25 to 203-3 with theese three files
    ftp://ftp.astaro.com/UTM/v9/up2date/u2d-sys-9.201025-202033.tgz.gpg
    ftp://ftp.astaro.com/UTM/v9/up2date/u2d-sys-9.202028-202033.tgz.gpg
    ftp://ftp.astaro.com/UTM/v9/up2date/u2d-sys-9.202028-203003.tgz.gpg

    Then I pushed the "Update to latest firmware" button, and watched the magic happen :-)

    EDIT: BALFSON's fix seems more logic than this one though :-)

    Thanks Bob for the manual, did not try it yet.[;)]

    In my opinion Sophos should care about correct version numbering which should follow up from patch to patch... same problem was with 9.201-23 to 9.201-25 which has not been pushed...for getting the correct update from 9.201-25 to 9.202-33

    Hadn't looked in the forum for a while and just now found this thread. Immediately updated my 9.201-23 to 9.203.

    Strange. My utm's wouldn't update until I manually downloaded and installed 9.201023-201025 and then as soon as that downloaded it spurred on to do the update to 9.203-3
