Unable to join Domain

Hello,
I am having an issue joining Sophos UTM 9.105-9 to my Windows 2008 R2 Domain. I have the hostname of the UTM as MRM2Sophos.MRM2Inc.com and on the Single Sign-On tab I put MRM2Inc.com along with the Administrator account and password. When I hit apply it takes a little time but then says unable to join domain. I have both Active Directory Servers in the authentication servers tab and was able to do a user prefetch already. Though I am still unable to join the domain. Any clues?

I had this problem and added a DNS route request like so

yourdnsserver.local - yourDNSserverIP

Then I could join the domain

Hope this helps

BOOM! Thanks for this! Setting up a new SG105 for a client right now and this was holding me up - your suggestion sorted me out first go [[;)]]

Also added the A record for the Firewall in DNS before hand.
