Sophos UTM Manager 4.102 Soft-release

Following the GA release of Sophos UTM 4.101 we have an Up2Date for stability and fixes to make everything run better all around for MSP users.

Sophos UTM Manager 4.102
News
• Update to 4.102
• Download license pack automatically if it's not found
• Show msp status bar errors sent from backend
• MSP: Implement notifications for the GatewayManager
• Convert utc times shown on msp log page to local times
• Create page to show connection status to the license portal

Remarks
• System will be rebooted
• Configuration will be upgraded

Bugfixes
• No bugfixes in this release

    Looks like they forgot to push the 4.101 update first.... so the 4.102 update will not install.  I've notified someone at Sophos; my guess is maybe they pushed out the update a bit early

    Well, there appears to be some confusion -- not sure if this update will ever be installable, they are checking into it.  For now, it won't install, the official line is to still install from ISO to 4.101 (no in-place update, new install with backup restore), then install this update.

    The guys at Sophos are looking into this.

    So far, it seems that they did not mean for 4.0xx installs to see this 4.102 up2date, so to actually use 4.102, you'll need to install the 4.1xx release, then update.  Apparently this is an issue with the up2date process.
