Extremely slow ping and slower speed through Astaro

Can someone please help me with this, I have noticed that I seem to get extremely slow ping results when pinging though the Astaro. I tend to get 367ms through the Astaro and around 47ms without going through it. Any ideas why this is happening ?

The download speed seems to be slower as well through the Astaro.

Any help appreciated.

Try E1000s and install using the regular software ISO instead of the pre-packaged one.

I will try that, thanks.

Would have thought that the VA was set up with the preferred network card to start with...I have tested adding some E1000 interfaces but that didn't go so well.
