ASG 7.506 Soft-Release: "Wireless Origins"

We have issued ASG Up2Date 7.506 with our soft release process, which sees us publish the up2date to our FTP along with a notice here for those who wish to manually download and apply it 7-10 days before the official "push" via our up2date infrastructure.

This version is mainly to introduce the necessary options and menu items for our new Wireless products. There is a new section called "Wireless Security" which contains an overview and controls. We also add a few small fixes. More details on the wireless beta and the products themselves will be made available shortly, stay tuned!

    Icons, lists missing on some webadmin screens.

    Cleared cache (kept cookies), same thing.  FF 3.6.6 works OK.



    Do you have also the same issue reported by s.treber about online help?

    Online help seems to be OK for me in IE8.  I added a couple of screenshots of the missing items.

    Hello,

    yesterday we Up2date to 7506. Afterwards I start the UserPortal and the complete data and also the section for remote acces is missing. Disabling and Enabling the UserPortal and restart the Firewall has no result. Today I see that there is also no logging for new messages after the Update.

    We got 8 sites with ASG220's in HA setup, of these, 6 works fine with 7.506 update. All screens OK,etc. BUT, 1 site gives a lot of issues with IE when it comes to the frames, boxes,etc, which makes config work impossible.
    ALL boxes are the same revision/version so why it's happening on just one ??,,

    Also, another site had a issue by NOT beeing able to work with our ACC after 7.506, but after another manual reboot it worked ok again.

    After update to 7.506 the online help isn´t working anymore.
    IE8 and FF the same problem.
    I deleted also the cache and cookies of the browser-no effect!
    I guess this is a bug![:@]

    German online help seems to be missing in this version. English Online Help works fine!
    Workaround: set the webadmin language to english until new update ist available.

    I opened a ticket with the support (I have not yet upgraded to 7.506), they suggest me to upgrade and use firefox! [:@][:@]

    FF and German laguage isn´t working for me (online help doesnt work).
    Looking at the system log you can see that some files for german online help were not found.

    No doubt about it!
    The support just replied and said that the bug will be fixed in the next 7.507, but I don't know when it will be published. Anyway I'll be wait at least for a week after the official publication [;)]. In these days seems that Astaro has too hurry to quickly release new firmware updates [:)]
