Traffic to ASG servers

Hi All, 
Can i please request some assistance on up2date issues (apologies if this is not the right location but it seems that up2date issues reside here [;)] ): 

1) I am receiving SIGNIFICANT traffic from 85.25.149.192:80 trying to connect to my IP on all sorts of funny ports...
Plusserv.de said this is an astaro IP? Is this correct? 
I cant get enough info from the up2date log files

2) How can i customise up2date actions - i noticed in the up2date logs its checking every minute or so for new updates.....
I want to change that to every day or longer....

Can you please assist please.

    It is ok that some up2date servers are pointing to the same ip. These are spare for new servers which we plan to open in the near future.
