Update firmware 7.102

Hi,
I can't update my astaro firmware from 7.102 to 7.103 etc. Please advice. Coz I already check the "enable automatic firmware download", but can't work. please help

    Andreas' link should solve your problem- but don't worry if you can't find the exact RPM listed (/opt/inst/rpm/ep-up2date-7.1-104.i686.rpm), there will be one in that directory with a similar name but a different revision number in the file name- whichever one is in there will work for you.

    It should be in there- did you mount /opt/inst before looking for it?

    If you issue mount /opt/inst/
    then cd to /opt/inst/rpm and list it, you should see hundreds of rpms- one similar to ep-up2date-7.1-104.i686.rpm, but possibly with different numbers.

    Hi again guys,
    I have problem, after I mount the astaro and re-install the RPM package, I can't umount /opt/inst
    Is there something wrong with my astaro?

    Error messages would make a remote diagnosis easier. The mounted directory can't be unmounted if it's still in use by a process, so make sure that you 'cd' somewhere else before you try unmounting. But even if you can't unmount this is not a problem, it doesn't hurt in any way, and it will be unmounted again after the next reboot.
