hello together

i have a verry confusing problem! I have a 10 user license (office) for homeusers. if i look under licensing, i see there are !137! IP's listed!!!!! Many with official ip' s from wan!!! behind my asl i have only a 5 port switch and 2 pc's! it is impossible, to get behind my asl, i tested this from outside. if I use "Reset user (IPs) listing:", nothing happens! It tells me that the asl reboots, but nothing happens! is there a possibility to reset this ip's manually? or what else can i do??? Under reporting/System information i can't see anything  special, there are no connections from outside and no ports, that will allow this! I'm completely confused!

    I hate to waste my 1000th post on this, but this is a known issue with version 5 on some systems.  Astaro are investigating it.  It's not going to hurt your system but for some reason ASL is counting IP's from outside your network in your license total.  Did you import a Version 4 backup into ASL 5 ??

    Yes, i upgraded from v4 to v5. After I had some other problems, I reinstalled asl 5.001 and used a asl 5.001 autobackup. now it seems to work fine.If this doesn't work over a longer time and after i instlled the updates (asl5.008), i wil setting my asl 5.001 new,without using a backup.

    My license-count shows to few IP's, am I the only one ?

    View current user (IPs) listing shows only the NIC's.....

    Same problem here,

    first i imported a V4 Conf. Then i did a factory reset and configured everything again but it didn't change any. I use a PPPoE Connection on eth1 and i got a DMZ on eth2. I've got an office License. Can i help with any information ? I won't get a bill because of that bug ?

    I have still the same problem so i have in
    Licensed users (IPs):
    320 Current users (IPs) listing  [:S]

    and i can`t reset this also after Reboot is still the same Value

    in most cases this should be fixed in 5.009.  don't known if it is enforced though.  

    when i updated to 5.009 my ip count on the test box went from 40 out of 10 down to 5 out of 10 which was correct

    i would like to say, this did not include my wifi ip or print server ip, which is cool

    i got the same problem in contrary conditions  

    i installed the 5.001 and updated up to 5.007 as releases came out, without any licence problem ; i didn't import anything, but entered my rules manually again

    some days ago, i updated to 5.008 and 5.009 in a row, and now i got 36 IPs with only 3 or 4 real ones !

    worst, i can't reset the user listing ! When i do it, i got the usual message "... and the server will be rebooted", but it isn't rebooted ; and if i reboot it myself after that, the IP count doesn't change

    plz help ...  [:(]

    Hello,

    I also had the the same problem till I reinstalled V5.007 from ISO Image.
    Then I installed my license and my backup and all went fine.
    There is still one big problem I have but there´s another thread for.

    Try reinstalling from newest ISO Image.
