I'am unable to upgrade my license..

Hello,
this morning i buy a "new" license for all the nice feature in ASL V5.

But it is not possible to ad the option key in" my astaro" to build a new license key.
Had someone else the same problem?

After you enter the Activation Key on the main page it should put the key in a table format which you can click on. If you click on your key it will bring up the details of the key at which point you can enter the Upgrade Keys at the bottom under Add or Renew Optional Subscriptions. Hope this helps. [:)]

Same here!!! Just bought the Home User Subscription and try to 'add' it in 'My Licenses' and tried it into my Power Home License both I get the message:

Your activation or upgrade key is not valid. Please contact a sales representative.

Dunno what I do wrong [:S]

No that doesn't help.
"The license type for your upgrade key does not match the type for your license. Unable to upgrade your license."
So I am confused....
Why ? what a kind of license i need?

ditto. the email the send to you is using the old portal. i am concerned i have just wasted 59 euros....

Same problem as well. Email sent. Awaiting reply.

Trust they will off-set the expiry date(s) as a result of the days lost in not being able to use the paid-for facilities.
