How many computers do you have on your home network ?

All of a sudden I don't feel so out of control.  

I decided to sell most of my older stuff on ebay over the last year and streamline my computer goods.

This is what i have left.

1 IBM thinkpad T23 2647-9lu -WinXP
1 P4 1.6 Lian Li Case  [:)]B PC800 -SBS2k
1 P4 1.8 Lian Li Case 1GB PC800 -WinXP gaming-workstation
1 Sun Lunchbox running OpenBSD
1 SMC cable DSL router +802.11b
1 Linksys cable DSL router +VPN support
1 Linksys 10 port switch
1 IBM netfinity 1U server running my Astaro
1 Dell Poweredge 1550 1U Dual P3 1.26 -SBS2k

O yeah, 2 cable modems (one has a fixed IP) and 1 DSL connection with fixed IP.

I keep trying to downsize, but they keep dragging me back in  [:)]

Suddenly I don't feel as geeky as I did before reading these posts !

I "only" have 6 machines in my home:-

1 PII 450 running ASL3.2
1 Dual P3 933 as file and print server
1 Dual PII 333 as web/mail server in DMZ
1 Dual Athon 1700+ as workstation/games machine (LOUD HUMMER)
1 Dell P3 laptop
1 Athlon 1800+ as second workstation/games machine

As the saying goes "Its hard being a geek but its getting easier"

Ok now I think I have way too much stuff. Now my wife is starting to say "If you bring home one more thing you are out of here!" LOL.

Wait till she sees the APC UPS I have in my van to bring in. APC Matrix Rackmount UPS.

My LAN consists of the following:

1 - Dell Optiplex GxPro200 (dual pentium pro)
2 - Compaq Presarios 5600 series (both P3 500mhz, one running ASL)
1 - Sony PCG-F350 laptop (P2 380Mhz)
1 - Self-built P4 1.8 ghz destkop

I think that anyone whom is using Astaro to protect their home network will have a fairly substantial network.  After scanning a few of the set-ups listed, I don't feel quite so bad and perhaps my wife won't think so either...

Homebuilt Celeron 566 server
Homebuilt Athlon XP1600+ primary workstation
