[8.930][BUG] Since 8.930 my AP30 crashes

we need some more infos for further investigations. Maybe you can provide the /var/log/wireless.log file from your ASG? Do you use vlantagging?

Yes, i use vlantagging, but not on the AP30, the Switchport is untagged.

Seems like awed is dying and thus the AP control connection gets dropped which forces the AP to reboot.

Could you please start awed (see below) in debug mode and trigger the fail condition again:

/var/mdw/scripts/awed stop

awed --debug

Please provide the wireless.log showing an AP restart with debug output afterwards.

I have the same problem with version 8.940016.
Access Point restarts under load. When I try to copy data over wireless, after a few seconds, the AP30 will restart. No vlantagging.
I have attached the log. SSID and PSK removed.

Ok, there seems to be a bug in the current beta version that results _sometimes_ in an unintentional AP reboot when traffic is transferred via a separate zone network. Not sure yet if other conditions also trigger that bug ...

the error is happening in the wireless bridge network. In the separate zone I have not tested it. I have not tested it befor version 8.940..
